What we collect
Account: email, display name, profile picture and Google account ID when you sign in with Google, or a password hash when you sign up with email. Coach: the messages you send, the answers, and the quota each request uses. Payments: order ID, amount, status and the Plus period it buys — card and bank details go to the payment provider, never to us. Patch alerts: the address you type in the footer. Server logs: IP address and request metadata used for rate limiting and abuse prevention.
Cookies and local storage
Signing in sets a session cookie. An mb_assistant cookie ties guest Coach conversations to this browser. Local storage keeps display preferences and one vote per browser. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Who processes it
Google handles sign-in. Our payment provider handles checkout. AI model providers generate Coach answers and speech providers transcribe voice input and read answers aloud. Our hosting and database providers run the service. Each of these processes data on our behalf under its own terms; we do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Account data stays while the account exists. Coach conversations stay with the account; diagnostic traces are pruned after 30 days. Payment records are kept as long as accounting rules require. Patch-alert addresses stay until you ask us to remove them.
Your choices
Email us to get a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account. On request we remove the account record and that account’s Coach history; some payment records must be kept as accounting rules require.
Children and changes
TFTIQ is not directed to children under 13. When this policy changes we update this page and its date.
